Hello Abhishek Raj, Yes there are many other standards that can be use for HPLC calibration apart from Caffeine. As Sridhar Vadahanambi has said you can also use Erbium Perchlorate at maxima 379nm or minus 2nm and Benzophenone, maxima at 254 nm.
To check ultraviolet region (190-400nm) you can use Caffeine, Erbium perchlorate and Benzophenone. Caffeine and Erbium perchlorate for wavelenth check while Benzophenone for system precision, detection and injection linearity.
Other standards that can be use are: Anthracene, Naphthalene, Herbium chloride, Holmium Oxide and Uracil.
