Does anyone know an internet site where you can check (with related references) all the known substrates for a particular enzyme?
Brenda is pretty good. Not sure that it will report all the substrates, but it seems to have a lot of information and the references.
http://www.brenda-enzymes.org/
you can also query PfamA database and could get known and possible substrates for your enzyme, Additionally you can also get prediction on secondary roles of the protein.
Suggest you to take a look at this article from Stanford university
