I would kindly ask if anyone could suggest a dataset where it is collected hourly demand of electricity and heat demand of household (or commercial building) of at least one year. If also cooling demand data are available it would be nice! I am not looking for a particular area (USA, Europe etc).

I came upon this information while researching for a conference on energy resources and needed some numbers. As regards the electric load profile related to dwellings, I suggest you to check the latest publication of mine that I uploaded herein.
If you need cooling load profile characterised by the required accuracy you need I'm not sure that someone is available to share those data... You can build it by yourself using the TRY and dynamically simulating a reference building.
