I am interested in finding a database where I can input a list of genes or gene IDs and get the information about how many and which of these genes are largely expressed in a particular cell type. I am particularly interested in the WBC subtypes.
Dear Mallu Abhiram Charan Tej ,
I think some databases can be useful:
Immuno-Navigator: https://genomics.virus.kyoto-u.ac.jp/immuno-navigator/index.php
InnateDB: http://www.innatedb.com/redirect.do?go=resourcesGeneLists
ImmuCo http://immuco.bjmu.edu.cn
Best,
Leite
This is what I use. You would have to go one gene at a time but it shows you the expression patterns in multiple cell/tissue types.
