To normalize microRNA expression U6 SnRNA has been used in many publication.

In addition we can also use set of endogenous RNA to normalize microRNA expression such as:

SNORD38B, SNORD44, SNORD48, SNORD49A, SNORA66, 5S rRNA,

U6 snRNA,  RNU5G,  RNU1A1,  SNORD65,  SNORD68,  SNORD110.

If you use more than 2 endogenous it will give power to study.

I think RNAU6 work very good compared to other reported control for miRNA expression.
