I'm using 10%FBS RPMI 1640 with 2-Mercaptoethanol, Sodium Pyruvate,HEPES, Non-Essential Amino Acids and Antibiotic-Antimycotic, can I make a mix of all these media supplements prior usage and store that way?

Hi Alexa, I think that it is not possible. HEPES and non-essential aminoacids are stored at 4°C while antibiotics, SFB, and pyruvate at - 20°. I always prepare my culture mediums adding each one supplements.
Hi Alexa, in my experience, you can mix them all (without FBS) and store at 4°C but not for a long time. I realized the pH becomes more basic if kept for longer than a month. You can prepare enough for a week or two at most, then keep at 4°C. When required, you warm at 37°C, add FBS and use.

According to my experience, it is possible to mix them all together and keep it at 4°C, but don't store it for long time, and u have to warm it at 37°C before u use.
