I have found a study that applies immediate and delayed post-test without pre test which makes me confusion.
So, can u tell me if it is possible to incite this study in my reasech or not as it is not valuable.

It depends what your research is investigating.
in the study that you refer to tests results can show which items people remember and/or forget over time- so if you are studying eg: issues relating to 'vocabulary retention' , it may be helpful /relevant.
the lack of pre-test means that study cannot directly show whether a particular approach to teaching /intervention has helped learners to 'learn' (and/or retain) new words. - so if you are trying to study eg: whether using a particular teaching approach will help learners learn vocabulary , then this study is unlikely to be directly relevant.
Pre- and Post-tests measure something before something happens and after to allow comparison. Usually this is done as a test at the beginning and end of a period of learning.
The paper you reference takes a different approach. It measures the students immediately after the learning activity, and again three months later. You can say they measured how much the student learned, but then how much the student retained after three months. It is a legitimate way of determining retention of learning.
I do not think I would CALL this a pre-test and post-test, because it may confuse people, who may assume a test before and after the study. You could call it a test of learning, and then three months later a test of retention, or something like that.
It depends on what you are testing. If you are evaluating whether a treatment (e.g. vocabulary instruction) would impede the construct of your study (e.g. learning outcomes or learning strategies), then a comparison of participants' performance before and after the treatment is necessary. In other words, if there should be a change in the participants performance after the treatment you give to them, then a pre-test is required.
