i am facing the difficulty to find the right and latest topic for my thesis. i searched and read hundreds of articles but i couldn't find the right one. what can i do I'm really confused.
As a rule, a relevant topic for a dissertation comes to you itself. It is either your sincere and long-term interest in some legal problem that gives birth to a new novelty in your views, or the same follows from your practical activities.
Far-fetched topics are more likely to lead to difficulties in writing and defending dissertations.
Try to highlight 3-5 topics/issues that may interest you. Something you've read a lot about and found interesting or something you've worked on, for example, in your professional work. This way the topics will be conected to you in some way which can be a good prospect of success.
