Actually we had anaerobic chamber but because of some disturbance it will not able to maintain anaerobic condition inside the chember i.,e it is leaking and we contacted our service engineer but he is not able to solve this problem. so please suggest any other technique by which we can create anaerobic condition same as anaerobic chember for growth of anaerobic micobes and we can use it for lab scale fermentation. pls suggest simple method and highly sofesticated method also.

How about using a flow-through system with CO2 or nitrogen blown into a chamber with outlet (we did that with an "anaerobic tent" for studying oxygen-binding kinetics of hemocyanin)

We are using compressed gass which contain mixture of different gases like Nitrogen-80% , CO2- 10% and 10% H2.Is there any alternative method available.

you can use an ordinary fume cup board. Heat your media having any anaerobic indication dye like resazurin in a steam of Nitrogen gas. Use sreum bottle and pressurise them using nitrogen, autoclave, cool and inoculate using a syringe. Care shoud be taken not to trap any air into the syringe.
Easy and least cost method is usage of hungate tubes, you can find them at many suppliers
