I do not think so - but I'm not in the field. If you take a look into data bases like uniprot.org It's a 140 aa protein. If you do an image search Alpha-synuclein western-blot you will find blots that show bands below 20 kDa.
It is a 14kDa protein, but runs a little higher on Western blots because it doesn't bind to SDS in an exact 1:1 ratio. On my blots, it is usually at around 18kDa.
