Is it possible to get the current density versus voltage with current density unit of A/(um)^2 by Silvaco Tcad?

Generally the current unit simulated for a 2 Dimension Structure is in A/um from Silvaco Tcad.

If you know the device area then you can manually calculate in origin by exporting .csv file from tonyplot log file of I-V curve. The other way is that you can probe total current density at a specific point in dc sweep.
