Currently, I have created a gate-all-around process using sentaurus tcad and I am trying to measure the noise using the cmos noise code. However, an error occurred during the simulation. The error resulted in adding interfaces and contacts . . and coupling contact substrate is not electrical. Also, I wrote in the code to use mobilityaveraging=elementationedge to use the TensorGridAniso model with saturationFactor, but the same error repeatedly appeared. Can you tell me how to fix the error?
