It is certainly feasible, and an excellent reference material would be the "Zircon" chapter of Reviews in Mineralogy and Geochemistry by Hanchar & Hoskin (2003). The book goes in depth regarding different REE signatures and textural differences in zircon. Very useful!

. With REE data obtained by LA you will be able to gain info of the origin of the zircon population as outlined in previous answers. For dating (geochronology) you need GRAINS OF DIFFERENT  COGENETIC PRIMARY minerals - EG. ZIRCON + XENOTHYME + URANINITe. The ratios of the U/Pb/Th in the may give you good and cheep estimates of the age: in my opinion it does not matter if obtained by LA-ICP or EMP. see attached paper and references therein.

What kind of LA-ICP-MS did you used? Quadrupole I suppose? Due to the sequential measurement procedure used in Quad MS instruments I do not recommend you  to collect REE and U-Pb data for age determination in one measurement set with Quad MS!

You haven't indicated what you want to use the data for?  I have used zircon trace element data obtained from LA-ICPMS, including REE's, for provenance and petrogenetic studies (Craven, S.J. and Daczko, N., 2017 There are a lot of references included here). You should also look at the paper by Belousova et al., 2002. Igneous zircon trace element composition as an indicator of source rock type. Contributions to Mineralogy and Petrology, 143, 216-222. Belousova has authored numerous papers using zircon LA-ICPMS trace element data. It might be worth browsing her work.

Yes you can use and you can infer mineral/melt D-coefficients for specific melts:

You can obtain elemental data using LA-ICPMS but what are your objectives for studying Zircon. Do you want to estimate the age of the mineral Zircon; whether they are from continental crust or oceanic crust? There are several references you can check out online; some are listed below:
