BamH1 shows star activity according to NEB. I would like to know if anyone has performed the same. @DominiqueLiger

Hi again,

Star activity may be avoided by using HF enzymes. Also you may follow the rules from NEB if no HF enzyme is available:

And it works fine in my experience! Although star activity cloning could work perfectly right even before HF enzymes!!!
