The software “ANSYS Fluent” is used by me. However, when I want to apply the “wall lubrication force” which is shown in the “ANSYS Fluent Theory Guide, Release 15.0, p.569” (i.e., Frank model), to a pipe flow, the calculation is hard to converge. Why is that? In addition, I find that, the wall lubrication coefficient determined by Frank model is so large when the distance to the wall is lower than 5 mm. Does it result in the divergence? If not, how should I correctly write the udf of Frank model? The aim to do that is to let certain domain include wall lubrication force. The other domains are not included the wall lubrication force by our plans. Thank you very much for answering my question. Thank you!
