Hello,

I have been performing 9 well experiments over this past week and have had no success in running it. The purpose is to amplify my DNA. In the attached file, all the graphs from the experiment results pretty much look like that and I do not understand why QuantStudio keeps running it at 155 cycles. In the other attached file, it is the Methods section, and it is clear that I want 60 cycles. It could be a pipetting issue when mixing, however all the volumes in the wells are the same (20ul). I check by observing the wells from the bottom and seeing if they are all at the same level.

Please help me solve this problem because I am using a lot of Master Mix for these experiments. Master Mix is not cheap.
