Can aynone, shear with me or give me any indication about the resultat (quantity of viral copies) that I should find in Hep G2 or Huh 7.5 cells infected with a 0.1 MOI of HBV, Taking that the initial number of cells is 3x105 cells?

I work in HepG2-hNTCP cells. The minimum moi I used was 1 and the outcome was very low. I analyzed it using relative quantification via qPCR and cccDNA, it was only 3 fold higher than the untreated control. I work now regularly with a moi of 100 wich gives me an outcome of 500 times mock.
I also tried qunatification with an absolute qPCR with an IP in advance. With an moi of 1 got 5*10^3 genome equivalents. How do you quantifiy?
I quantify using the Real time PCR after detecting the viral RNA in the virus stock. I think I should go with higher MOI as you mentioned. Even though infecting zith 100MOI is very high for me to consider. Thank you for your reply.
