In micro dilution method for determining the MIC and MBC, why I have problem with my positive control?

I have problem with my positive control well which is my bacteria, it does not change to pink after adding Resazurin dye and incubating for 2 hrs.

I repeated the test to make sure I didn’t miss anything, but everytime I had the same problem.

does anyone had the same problem?

(Well 10 is the positive control)
