We want to carry out IHC in paraffin embedded liver tissue for hypoxic damage and oxidative stress. There seems to be so many different types of markers to look at. Does anyone have experience in this? What markers do you recommend?
Try looking at PMID: 27788262. Its a recent paper with some interesting markers about what you need.
