you just need to obtain the absorbance and then based on the standard curve you can calculate the concentrations !

Hi Malavige,

You should plot your results of the standard curve: concentration on the x-axis and absorbance on the y-axis. This will give you an equation where you can interpolate (within the linear range) the absorbances of your samples, so as to get a concentration value. Dont forget to consider the dilution of the samples in order to get the real concentration.
