Dear all,
Could I use electroporation method to introduce E1A and Ras (both plasmids are pBabe vectors) into primary mefs to make the mefs immortalized ? Would the E1A and Ras be integrated into the genome of the mefs ?
Thank you very much.
Either Amaxa or Neon (both methods are electroporation) would be more effective than lipofectamine when it comes to MEF.
