I agree with the previous answers, I wouldn't keep the cells in PFA for so long. I normally use 4% PFA for 15' (but also 10' is OK).

Hi. As mentioned by others, it might lead to over-cross linking, and impact the binding properties of antigen-antibody. This, however, would depend on the nature of the epitope.
