I was looking for the Dimensions of Religiosity by King and Hunt. Can someone please help?

Many papers have described the factorial validity of the scale. A prominent paper is "Measuring the Religious Variable: Replication" by King & Hunt. But they have not mentioned the interpretation nor the norms of the scale. So if anyone could kindly provide any assistance. Thank you.

It does refer repeatedly to a scale, but being an outsider to this field of inquiry I wouldn't know whether your specific concerns are satisfactorily answered.
