I am new to genetic editing and would like to ask en masse to see if anyone would have knowledge. I am studying a single amino acid mutation in a protein (glycine to serine) that is common in a patient population. I would like to generate cell lines with this mutation but have never worked in this kind of field. Does anyone have any advice for where I can begin to learn about using CRISPR for this type of work? Thank you!
