The dialysis buffer composition for proteomics analysis of cell lysate to remove Gn-HCl by dialysis

Hello. I extracted proteins with Trizol and I just centrifuge down the solution (12000xg, 10min, 4°C) after Gu-HCl incubation. I discard the supernatant, wash the pellet with EtOH and I vacuum dry the pellet. We hand over the dry pellet to the proteomics facility.
