we have synthesized anticancer drugs which are toxic to cancer cells. but it is desirable that such drugs are non toxic to normal cells. pls provide me a list of normal cell lines where such assays can be performed. Some references would also be very useful. Thanks

We routinely use Beas-2B (normal lung epithelial cell line), NIH-3T3 (mouse fibroblast), and HaCat (keratinocyte) as normal cell lines to test the toxicity when we screen anti-cancer drugs.
