Hello Everyone,

I am culturing few different kinds of adherent cells. However, I sometimes experience cells dying in the flask after passaging them in one flask whereas same cells suspension (same volume of suspension) in another flask is okay and grows well. The flask in which the cells die turns pink whereas the one in which cells are okay, it has the normal color. I have tried changing the media as well but of no use. Please note that I checked for mycoplasma contamination in the flask where cells die, and they were mycoplasma negative. I usually use T 75 flask for my tissue cultures. Why do I experience this random cell death in flask and not in others? Kindly help me to understand.
