Hello Hana, can you pls briefly describe the protocol, type of stain used and any relevant information that may help in identifying the pic.? Because, first of all the pic looks like that of an Avian blood. I can see something that resembles Leucocytozoon spp (left pic., bottom arrow). While some looks like monocytes (top arrow from left pic and lowest arrow from the right pic). Thanks!
Blood smears were made by cutting a little piece of tail or animal's toe on the ground (or a freshly killed host) and by extending the blood evenly over a microscope slide. The little bits of toe or tail can produce a watery blood.
