What my understanding is lateral reinforcement will apply the confinement pressure by it self as the core concrete dilates; therefore, the modification in the concrete model not required. In the theory manual of ATENA, it is given that there is CC3DNonLinCementitious3 for confinement sensitive case; however, model with this name is nowhere while defining the material.

In commercial software like ATENA and ANSYS, ABAQUS etc, concrete material models exist that they are pressure sensitive but this sensitivity must be defined by user. It is called material calibration. Otherwise the material model parameters are usually unknown.

I suggest you study the following paper. Its methodology can be applied to other models in other software. You should use tests to calibrate the parameters. Every scholar may devise a methodology for calibration. You may study my paper as well published in 2019 as well.

As Vassilis K. Papanikolaou have mentioned you should use ATENA in the ATENA-Science interface.
I think all the models of all cases are available in Atena_Gid. the manual of Atena_Gid contain all the cases of concrete and you can uses your model with respect to the manual and no need to make modification of it.
