I need to calculate MOI; but somehow I have confused... I have a virus with the titer 4,86x10^10 TCID50/ml and I need to add this virus in 10 ul medium to each well. And I need to add 0,5x10^6 cells in 50 ul per well. I need to calculate MOI 0.01, 0,1 and 1.
If somebody can help me; I will be so thankful.

For MOI 1 you should add one TCID50 per cell, i.e.5×10^5 TCID50 per well. If you do not dulute your virus, it will contain approx. 5×10^8 TCID50 in 10 uL. You should therefore dilute the virus 1:1000 to obtain moi 1. For moi 0.1 and 0.01 the virus should be diluted 10^-4 and 10^-5, correspondingly.
