I treat arabidopsis seedlings in liquid culture with flagellin and want to track pH changes over 40 min by taking aliquots of 100 ul and measuring pH. Any other idea to do so is appriciated.

From my experience, it's always best to use brand new reagents and don't let anyone else contaminate them lol :)
