I am looking for protocol for pH measurments in liquid using orange acridine (pH range 5-7). If someone has this protocol tahat would be grat! thanks

I treat arabidopsis seedlings in liquid culture with flagellin and want to track pH changes over 40 min by taking aliquots of 100 ul and measuring pH. Any other idea to do so is appriciated. Thanks
