I am growing LNCaP cell sfrom past 10 days . cells look round and healthy but not adhering to flask. Can any one help me in this reg
Generally these kind of cells are growing top of each other and make clusters but they are totally adherent
We are culturing these cells in RPMI media
After thawing the cells sometimes it would be useful to wait 1-2 days to get more cells on culture dish but it is always crucial to get rid of dmso as sson as possible
I find using poly-l-lysine coated plastic helps - but they should still adhere without it. Are you using some weird plastic?
No we dont use any. As far as i know poly l lysine plastics are a little bit expensive for tissue culture.
These cells generally do not cause such a kind of problems maybe it would be better for you to thaw another one.
