How would you culture fibroblasts isolated from human (prostate) tissue?

hi everyone,

does anyone have experience culturing fibroblasts isolated from human (prostate) tissue? is it possible to use a medium other than the recommended by suppliers of fibroblasts?

also do you have any experience in refreezing them for future use?
