How will you calculate transformation efficiency with no antibiotic marker?

I transformed Bacillus subtilis cells using electroporation. All cells that emerged after electroporation in the plate were subjected for bacteriocin assay.Putative transformants were considered through inhibition of the supernatant of each colonies. I need to calculate the transformation efficiency. How will I do it?
