Hi Gaurav,

It is quite easy actually once you know how.

- Load up NCBI and in the search bar, type your "Wuchereria bancroft" and hit "search"

- on the new page, click on the EST link - it should say there are 5103 sequences

- up towards the top right of the new screen, there is a "Send to" button. CLick it, and then in the "Choose destination", select "File"

- in the format section, select from the drop down which format you would like to download them in. If you want the actaul sequences to play with, select "FASTA"

- click "create file" - and your done!
