I used HPLC technique to determine monosaccharide composition of produced exopolysaccharide , I have molar ratios of 0.12 : 0.1: 0.03: 02: 0.06 of Rhamnose, Xylose, Arabinose, Manose+fructose and Glucose. with these data is it possible to guess exopolysaccharide consist of how many monosaccharide?
