How to verify that isolated DNA is Genomic DNA or Cell-free DNA ?

I am isolating DNA from the plasma. My DNA is isolated well, but there is an issue; when I separate CfDNA, I also get Band, but I need help to differentiate whether it is CfDNA or Genomic Diffused due to lysis of blood cells. Please help me to find it out. I shall be highly obliged for the same.
