I prepared gold nanoparticles (NPs) via green synthesis. After lyophilization, I got the powdered form of nanoparticles. For characterization i.e. Zetasizer, TEM etc. and to check biological activities (antioxidant, antimicrobial) I need NPs in form of solution. By ultrasonication, the NPs are mixed well in the liquid (water), but after some time NPs settle down at the bottom. How I can disperse these nanoparticles and reduce their precipitation at the bottom?

Looking forward to your worthy suggestions.
