I recently switched over from a windows laptop to a macbook pro m3 and wanted to run a phenogramic analysis on the some protein sequences. I discovered that my I was unable to install RAxML (the old version) on my macbook and that there was a new version (RAxML-NG) available. I have downloaded the pre-compiled binary of RAxML-NG but I have no idea where to type the prompts into. Am I supposed to type it into the same terminal that I get when I open the program (screenshot attached)? I am unable to insert any lines beyond [process completed]. I have also tried opening a new terminal and changing the directory to the folder containing raxml-ng and tried typing in "$ raxml-ng -v" but was met with "command not found".
