I would like to use hyaluronic acid as a coating surface instead of collagen or gelatine. Specifically, I would like to try to facilitate the attachment of MSC derived from hESCs. They still attach on normal plastic, on gelatine and on collagen, but I would like to try something different.

Has anyone tried it? Which supplier do you use? How do you dissolve the hyaluronic acid and for how long do you coat? Do you use any special plastic (polystyrene or other support)? After coating, for how long do you conserve the plates before seeding the cells?
