Once conditioned to DMEM and attached to the flask, BV2 can detach and remain viable?

I have started to work with BV2 cells. First, I would like to condition the cells with DMEM 1X. The day after passing the cells, most had adhered to the flask surface; after another two days, most of them resulted in suspension. Are these cells still viable or not?
