Hi everyone,

I transduced my HEK cells with a viral vector containing mRuby as reporter, and now I would like to detect mRuby protein via Western Blot on my cells lysate. Apparently there is no reliable antibody available on the market.. Can anybody suggest a way to label mRuby using other methods (like any antibody used for other reporters/protein)?

Otherwise, can you raccomand a specific anti-mRuby?
