How to separate Leuconostoc sp. and Lactobacillus plantarum?

Hello..

I have an isolate containing both Leuconostoc sp. and Lactobacillus plantarum. I need to separate both of them.

Does anyone can help me to explain the procedure?

As I know, both bacteria can be grown on MRS medium. Do both bacteria show different colonies on MRS medium?
