Hello, does anyone know procedure to extract Clostridium perfringens toxin using sonicator?

I need to extract Clostridium perfringens toxin. I just have a centrifuge (maximum speed 3000 x g) and sonicator (Q1375 Sonicator) in my lab. Can somebody help me?
