I have conducted a questionnaire-based survey study on how prenatal stress linked with offspring's autism spectrum disorder (ASD). I have two groups, I) Questionnaires obtained from mothers of normal children and group II) mothers of autistic children. I want to compare the data obtained from the questionnaire study of group I and group II. How to analyze this data with the help of appropriate statistical method.

That depends on the nature of the variable[s] you want to compare between the two groups.

Your sample size, if the data yields to parametric or non-parametric tests, type of variables, and if regression analyses are planned, as I believe its sounds like a association/predictive study with a cross sectional methodology, will decide your analysis methods.
