Before you all shout: "BLAST!"; that is of course the first thing that I tried. However, what I want is a list of proteins that contain exactly the peptide sequence that I query.

BLAST does a sequence similarity search. What I want is a sequence identity search. This means that if a protein sequence differs from my query sequence by a single amino acid, I do not want that protein on my list.

Is there a software tool for this, or is there a way to setup BLAST to actualy do this?
