How to resolve error in NAMD-VMD while using Linux server (CentOS Linux 8, with graphics LLvmpipe 11.0.0,256 bits))?

During Molecular Dynamic Simulation using NAMD-VMD in a Linux server, I encountered an error regarding Charm++ and a runtime CUDA version. I"m not able to deal with this with, so please suggest how to resolve the errors. Also I'm new into Linux environment so please explain the steps in details.
