Hello everyone. I was wondering if there is a trick or something on how to remove bubbles from a PCR tube. When I mix the loading buffer with the sample sometimes the bubbles form and sometimes even before (when aliquoting the master mix). The bubbles are messing up my electrophoresis results. So they need to go. I tried tapping the tubes but that doesn't really do much, sometimes it works, sometimes not. I was thinking maybe a short spin in the centrifuge would work? Do you maybe have other suggestions or tricks on how to remove bubbles?

Thank you for all the help in advance.

Best regards, I.
