How to promote ciliogenesis in HEK293T cells?

Hi,

I would like to visualize the primary cilia in HEK293T cells with immunofluorescence. How do I serum starve my cells? What is the percentage of serum to put? For how long do I incubate them for? Normally, I cultivate my cells in DMEM supplemented with 10% FBS.
